DNS Server Change

My website is going under some change. I’m changing the DNS server for my website. So in a 2 more days my site might be unavailable depending on how well I did the configuration for the DNS server. Crossing my fingers hoping not bad happens.
This exercise is due to the fact that I’m trying to give my home computer a subdomain. Hehehe Smile Ok that’s all for now. Adieu

Ramadhan Memory

I do not have many memories of Ramadhan to share… but here’s a few.. It used to be that I go to the mosque with my cousin, on my bike. I have to pick him up first thou, then off we go. The interesting part is after the prayers.. Usually after terawikh I won’t go back straight home rather we would go around the kampung a few times. Still remembers how my cousin would scream.. not screaming of joy rather screams of fear… hehe coz I like to ride around in the dark and that at top speed. Ah the recklessness of youth. Ekekek… And it happens that I have gone as far as crossing the bridge to the other side of the river. (My hometown is Lemal, on the other side of the river is Salor) then afterwards I would hang around his house till around midnight before going back home. Hehe it was fun back then… now the cousin is too old to be riding on the same bike as me.. maybe I can persuade the youngest to go with me this Ramadhan. ekekek.
Owh btw, some ppl have said that I’m camera shy, yes that is true.. I prefer to be behind the camera. And it used to be that I don’t even smile for the camera. There is still a pic that I keep, which shows me smiling for the camera for the first time. U know how my uncle got me to smile? He tickled me!! not fair… Razz (the picture was taken during Raya)
So ppl happy fasting…. dont ponteng-ponteng haaa..
p/s: Watched Intolerable Cruelty (4 stars – highly enjoyable even if u sometimes think u have seen this plotline before) and The House of the Dead (stars?? what stars? why are there video game scenes? only watch if u like to see nude girls)

Dust Devils

In the environment at home right now, I feel like I might get sick at anytime. The fact is I’m very alergic to dust, I can’t stand them at all, I also have a history of asthma (I still maintain a thick file at the local hospital). I will just sneeze non stop in the presence of dust. And the sad thing is when I got home as usual my room was full of dust. How couldn’t it be. The whole top floor of my house is actually for me and my sister. And she has not been back for ages. Haiyo had to clean up the place myself, no I don’t have a maid. We used to have a help comes every weekend to clean up. But my dad complained about the noise… she brought her kids along Razz
So now I have to sort the mess in my room. While making a bigger mess outside of my room. Ekekek, I unpacked outside of my room actually. Need to put things away. There is still tons of VCD under the bed. A whole junk of old newspaper at a corner. A few case of free maps and posters. My room looks like a lab? Or rather a large workspace? I have errr a whole wall dedicated for my computer and other related equipments. 2 computers + a scanner + 3 printers do tend to take up space. *yes I’m a nerd* Razz
Talked to a friend a few days back. He’s planning to open an IT company so to say, with services ranging from webhosting to in-house software design. He invited me to work with him. The offer looks nice, yeah I mean.. who wouldn’t want to work with people you are comfortable with. But I have this one basic problem, I’m not trained professionally for IT related jobs. Yeah I do have experiences, but only at small setups. His is company is supposedly big. With an initial investment of 100k. And how do I say it. I have been eyeing a certain job for a couple of month now. Perhaps I’ll take the job for a few months while I try to get the job that I’ve been eyeing.
Oh well I’m off, dinner time…
p/s: The room is 50% (still trying to get my hand on boxes for the VCDs)

Yes, that what I have been for the past week. Lazing my days away. Nothing productive yet. Except perhaps the pics from my road trip is finally up. But the design over there is screwed. Couldn’t bother to fix that yet. Will get to it. Next week. (erk dah puasa la minggu depan)
This week I’ve been boring myself opening gifts and hampers. Yeah my parents get a lot of that. Came home to 2 unopened hampers, which I gladly opened. Tons of biscuits and soft drinks, a few clothings and a clock? Don’t you just love this parties that they attend. Ekekek. Had a nice surprise from my mom too. She bought me a cake, which I asked “what is it for”, she said “saja”. Ahahah the older they get the sweeter they are. Another weird surprise was that she called my ex and had a talk with her. I was totally confused as the name of my ex was brought up. Apparently she got the numbers from my phone bill. 3 year old phone bill coz the ex she called was the one I had 3 years back. She was commenting.. “oh so this is the one living in Ipoh with her grandparents”. As usual I made myself look busy and refuse to talk about my ex. Wooo what for… not even my last ex. hehehe Razz
Watched Duplex just now. Ben Stiller and Drew Barrymore. Very entertaining. Hehehe.. got some good laugh out of it. Although at almost the end I was like, eh why so short. Probably coz the movie got a really good laugh out of me. I expected it to last much longer. Ahh well, go and get the vcd if u can. A very good comedy if i might say so.. Ok I’m gonna go and sleep now.

Ahhh, I finally got home Smile Got back here on thursday actually Smile But wasn’t able to get online for a few days as I was not able to setup my internet as I arrived home after office hours, and friday is a public holiday in Kelantan Frown Boohooo stupid me I forgot all about that. Anyway managed to do that today with the help of the helpful ppl at Telekom Kelantan .. didn’t I told you Telekom here is faassst screaming fasttttt…..
Anyway I got home to a few shocks… a few revelations….. 1st, my cousin managed to get engaged without me knowing… all my family tell me was that… the engagement date coincided with a paper I had and they didnt want to ruin my concentration…. blahhhhh.. anyway the girl is pretty decent… the same school as me and my cousin.. *apa nih semua nak kawin satu skolah kerrrr???*
The other shock? I saw an event unravel right in front of me…. and I was like “hah” “what?” all the time…. my aunt got divorced from her husband… thank god she didnt have any kid with that bastard (yeah he’s a bastard) if not that would have created an instant custody battle. U wanna know why he’s a bastard? Coz since they got married the guy was constantly leeching off her.. asking my aunt for money… even using the car that my aunt bought before they got married like it was his…. My parents said it was lucky I wasn’t there when they discussed with him.. coz they know that I would have slapped the guy silly. (slapping is better for older ppl Razz no fist fight… )
Ermmm I’m sleepy right now, I did all the wiring for the internet connection myself, and damn it was tiring as hell… think I’m gonna get a nap before dinner Wink .. btw I met my cousin’s fiance today… and she was all shy around me…. probably because of my new hair cut …. I look like a “samseng kampung” for god sake ahahahha….. ok lah… wanna take a nap

And that is just it. The reason why my room at home is cluttered with tons of VCD and books.. (I tend to leave a lot of books by the bedside) I don’t really buy new clothes. Prefering to wear old clothes that are more comfortable… still have my U.Tokyo shirt that has a few holes.. huhu fav shirt, skarang frame Razz As for shoes.. I already have ermmm 4 shoes.. 1 black affair shoe. 1 loafer. 1 running shoe. 1 shoe for playing ping-pong and badminton.. Haaa enough la, its not like they have a night life back in Kelantan, ekeke.
I used to and still spends a lot of money on my computer. Upgrading and accesorizing. Huhu.. too many accessories already.. 3 printers? yes that’s me. 2 infrared devices (for my old comp and my new comp) Scanner? yes got that too. Thinking of getting another one Smile
I think my parents are lucky that I didnt want the credit card that they offered to me when I was in F5. If not…. hahahah every month they would see I buy a new book off Amazon or something. Now, I felt “rugi besar” that I didnt take up that offer, as I didn’t see the need for one at that time. Huhu… Razz (esok cari sugar mummy sorang)
Ok lah ppl wanna study, got a paper on Monday. Entomology 8-} Me gonna go nuts with all the reading materials I have to read.

When Bored, Do What?

Felt totally bored today I don’t know why… ended going out and such.. went shopping for some computer stuff a bit Smile Yeah like the girls say shopping is fun. Especially if your using someone else’s money Razz
Bought myself the modem for Streamyx. Hmmm weird can’t seem to find the newer models.. the latest model that I did found was a bit, ermm how do u say it.. low on quality. Instead I bought the old Aztech model. And bought a new mouse, optical thingy hopes this one last as at least half as long as my old logitech, that one lasted me 7 years altogether Smile (still using it for my old comp). Ah another afternoon spent at the shopping complex.
I relegated my acct on utopia to a friend, doesn’t feel like playing anymore. At least not in that Kingdom Frown Now thinking whether I should play Ragnarok or Not. From what I’ve seen, the interface is quite ok. Although the Malay version can get quite disorienting…
Oh well still bored… hopes my school of rock dload finishes tonight, then I can have some amount of boredom deleted. Oh well till then.

Streamyx n Standards

I’ve just put in an application for streamyx on Friday, guess what? A reps called me up just now, to ask when they can activate my streamyx (Don’t be baffled Sunday is a working day in Kelantan, I’m still in Penang Razz) Wooohooo TMnet made me shiver with their efficiency… or is it only for Kelantan.. coz I remembered that we had to wait for 2-3 months here in Penang to get our streamyx (for the CC). And it was a long wait.. after complaining directly to the regional manager did we get the streamyx…. So did they clean up their act or do the Pasir Mas branch has no work load whatsoever? weird weird… Razz
Anyway I’ve just gutted my website again. As usual the cosmetics appear to be the same. But the codes have been changed yet again. This time I changed a bit of the code as to comply with W3C. Woohooo XHTML 1.0 Compliant .. Geek talk.. Razz And now my website can be viewed with any Browser and (hopefully) will look the same Smile Hurrah to another step of crazy web developing.
I’m now using Mozilla as my main browser.. and all that I can say is the only difference is that the scrollbar colours can’t be defined (IE only stuff). Goody Smile

Rain = Umbrellas? Hoho I don’t think that will be trend in the future (for guys that is) after the comment I got from my friend. I was going out to buy some dinner, and it was raining outside.. so I grabbed an umbrella.. guess what my friend said. “Oi pakai jacket la, cam auw pakai payung” Bwahahah like hell, but then the truth is they are too many “pons” here. Yeah USM is like the centre for “pons”. But heck I still used the umbrella, don’t wanna waste my time getting the jacket Razz
Rainy days is always nice for me Smile It will always get me singing in someway or another.. preferably to the tune of Sudirman’s “Hujan”. Then a nice book to be read on the bed. Oooh just a perfect day.. lazing away.. Smile Wish I can get a job that has this quote “Kalau Hujan Tak Perlu Pergi Kerja” meheheheh.. that would be nice Smile Anyway its been raining a few days now .. huhu rainy season probably will be like this till November. Salah Kelas?

Ni entry ni saja gatal nak cite experience aku memandangkan ada org tu cite pasal dia salah masuk kelas… takpa-takpa… saya pun pernah jadi… lagi haruuuu…
Adalah one day nih, nak gi tutorial… tengok jam dah kol 1.50 dah gelabah dah.. maka berkejaran la ke kelas… kelas start kol 2, sapa tak glabah.. tutorial ada berapa kerat jer muka tutor bleh cam sekor-sekor.
So ni awal sem jadi kononnya nak make a good impression la.. sampai kelas awal n so on… dalam gelabah cari kelas … nampak je the right tutorial class.. terus masuk… pastu gelabah mencari seat.. sebab seems that everyone is there.. siut jer.. igt datang awal tgk kelas dah penuh… pastu semua org tgk aku… awat la tgk tgk..datang lambat lima minit pon tgk.. ada gak aku hempuk org.. poyo jer…
Pastu tetiba si tutor bertanya… ada apa-apa soklan lagi nak tanya.. pastu aku blank ni pehal lak tutor ni nak blah dah nih.. baru start kelas 5 minit… 8-}
Rupa-rupanya kelas tutorial sebelumnya tak habis lagi… wahahah siut… patut la ramai org dok tunggu luar kelas.. aku selamba jer belasah masuk.. not my fault pon.. kelas biasa habis 1.50, mamat tu dah over 15 minit.. something yg jarang berlaku… sure tutor tu rasa cam aku masuk sbb dah bosan tunggu kat luar… cam menghalau la plak aku ek… lepas tu member masuk sambil gelak terkekek.. hampeh… ingatan.. jangan pergi kelas dengan gelabah… sila bertenang Razz
Anyway esok ada paper.. doakan aku tak mati akal menjawab esei selama 3 jam, study tak abis lagi Frown
