I’m going out later this afternoon, my mak angkat n her daughter who happens to be a good friend is coming back to town. Probably going to have dinner with them and help them with moving into their new house. Yeah it has to be me helping them coz the fiance is in Sarawak at the moment. I do love their company… how many aunties do u know that can actually talk to you till late at night.. and I do mean late.. as in 2-3 am in the morning. Guess that’s how she came to take me as her anak angkat.. ekeke talking with her into the wee hours of the morning…
My mak angkat n my bestfriend have been stuck for about 5 months at Taman Negara, my bestfriend was posted at Merapoh. She’s been transferred back to USM to fill some void at the job place. Now I can lepak with her and her mom again hehehe…. Looking forward to the afternoon.
I was reading a friend’s blog and I just had to comment this sentence “karlbum.. well, he’s the only one i’m talking to at the moment. but sometimes i just run out of ideas. but always manage to talk crap and thrill and even drool over trivial matter with him. he’s like an older bro to me. i hate him at times..just love him at some others.hahaa” Yeah I know I can be a jerk sometime… and I do try to make it up to other ppl by being nicer… hehe 
I better stop now.. still need to finish Harry Potter before the weekend ends…

I’m not able to write anything of interest on the website. I’ve been playing around with php too much. I’m currently in the process of customizing the error page of my website so I can have a little bit more info about it whenever anything happens… I’m also in the process of creating a collapsible menu that can be combined with MT easily. The menu is ready actually just that I’m adding cross-browser compatibility and that errr sort of makes it harder I’m also thinking of adding a search button .. for future ease of use.. incase i want to find out how many entries contain what words..
Ermm that’s all i think…. will try to write something tomorrow…

Grrrr.. I have just finished Crossroads of Twilight…. It left me hanging! Damn, this is the part where everyone who like to read series hate. The part when you finished reading the book but there is another book on the way but it’s not out yet! Damn… the book answered a few questions on what happened in the last book, but it created more questions, arghh but I felt nice having finished the book Done… now let us read some Insect thingy… there’s a test tomorrow for goodness sake .. la la la last minute reading always do the trick ekeke
Yesterday I snapped at a few people for no apparent reason, and I snapped at an old friend while she was telling me how she liked the song Ain’t No Mountain High enough.. and later that night I watched Step Mom and there was a scene where they sang that song… sheesh.. shouldn’t have snapped at her …. I’m getting moody these days.. what’s wrong Mr. Rahman.. PMS? get ur life back together! Nahh just tired…

I just got back from a school, (3 hours back) where I did my focus group interview, and yet again I was given a group. Just trying to make them speak up was tiring to the bone. Managed to get the FGI into the direction I wanted. Oh yeah, to those who doesn’t know, I’m working with a lecturer of mass communication as a research assistant, I conduct interviews for them. Currently the focus of the research and my interviews is the effect of advertisements on the smoking habits of adolescence. But we also discussed different approach to discourage and prevent the kids from smoking.
I gave in my 2 cents to the lecturer just now and she said, the idea was way too radical. Because she’s organizing a anti-smoking camp for the kids and the target are kids who smoke. I suggested instead of not allowing them to not be able to smoke at all, why don’t let them smoke, but under close supervision. Sort of your choice making session. She mentioned the camp commandant won’t be happy about that. Have the rules bla and bla.. at least I saw that the potential of such session would make to those kids.
My view on ppl smoking is that they shouldn’t start as a kid when the reason is only peer pressure, which is not actually plausible at all. The need to be normal? Acceptance among peers. It’s not that I’m against ppl smoking I’m just against kids who can’t think smoking. Hey I once smoked (don’t tell that to my mom, I’ll still get a cross look) and I stopped. Because I was matured enough to think for myself that I wanted to try how it taste and then decided that it wasn’t worth it. Yeah I’m lame I never got addicted 
Why don’t you get urself unaddicted too. Cigarette is still considered a gateway drug. Ah never mind you old ppl who have brains to decide, it’s this kid. God, one of them that I interviewed this morning actually started in Kindergarten, sheesh.. never too early for anything eh? Ermm done with that.
A guy called me just now, he’s the pointman for MAMPAN thingy, as I onced helped them install PostNuke for their community website. Guess what, the master password for the website has been changed by one of their higher ups. And he’s at lost at how to recover it. I just wanted to laugh to his face. Who would be crazy enough to share a password with 20 ppl? Seems I have to be contacting the hosting ppl to ask for their help. I don’t know if I’m still considered authoritative for that website hmmm… just have to try heheh. That’s all for now

Harry Potter Craze?

Yeah it is that time of year again, Harry Potter latest book has just been released. The much awaited 5th instalment, The Order Of The Phoenix. I will not be able to start on the book yet, as I still have a few hundred pages of Crossroads Of Twilight unfinished yet But Harry Potter is certainly on my list. I’ve actually got the book already. E-book format that is Thanks to the advent of internet and also a few contacts on IRC. Hehe pottermania have a channel on undernet and also on nullus where they actually traded e-books . My collection of Harry Potter is complete now. I’ve got every book in E-book format. Anyway my book list has gone larger. Now I have 3 books to read. This is going to be a chore. Don’t really have that much time to read books other than the crazy Entomology book.
Adios going to take a break and read Crossroads of Twilight again.
Found A Few Quirks

After the transitions from shtml to php I found a few quirks here and there and managed to clean up most of it.. would love feedback if you find a broken link or anything,
List of found errors….
1. No smilies bar in individual archives comment. fixed
2. 404 error from random pictures links. do u know u can click them? hehe
Added another section to the website… the FAQ.. “sendiri tanya, sendiri jawab” i’m going mad….
have u noticed that the website has a terrible layout…. probably coz of my the way that i was taught to do websites.. when I was still learning how to make a website, I was taught to focus on the functionality of the website.. the layout… leave it to those graphic artists… now that’s why my layout sucks ahahah… and I’m not changing it.. lalala malas!
Added : I’ve changed the photo gallery a bit.. seems a lot of ppl didnt notice the fact that the pictures can be clicked to see the full version.. so I’ve also made the title of it as a link. I’ll do the same for the random pic in a while Need to hack the php script
Nice Talk

I had a nice talk with a friend, I sort of let off my load in the heart.. felt relieved to be able to talk somebody about it… Thanks to that friend . It was over my difficult love life.. mentioning some stuff which left me blurry eyed… yes a guy can cry.. who cares if it’s not macho enough. Haha 
I sort of opened up to her and told her whom I felt really disappointed with… it wasn’t number 4, as that was always in my mind as something that was more of a dream and realizing it can be true
I was more disappointed in my 3rd one .. the one from Kuantan/Rompin… because I felt that the relationship could last. Even had her meet some key ppl in my life, and those ppl approved of her. But it ended with her saying she wasn’t comfortable with the relationship wanted time off from me…. and time off it was… for good … eyp wanna go and have my sleep.
